The tourism sector was hard hitted due to all tourist afraid of coming to the country... Even though Mexico is investing 100 million dollars to spread the word on the real facts that we are out of the woods from the influenza outbreak, my belief is that it is not enough...
Everyone in Mexico is concerned about this, and from our side, we can say that it is completely safe to have your vacations in Mexico, with the advantages that you will have the chance to have real discounts on airfares, hotels, meals etc...

The Mexicans that arrived Shanghai, Beijing, Guanzhou and Hong Kong the last week were quarantined with the only reason of its origin... Is it a SIN to be Mexican???

Ciudad de México (6 mayo 2009).- El Gobierno Chino justificó el aislamiento al que fueron sometidos algunos mexicanos al llegar al país asiático como medida sanitaria ante el brote de influenza A H1N1 y rechazó que fuera una muestra de discriminación.
Por medio de un comunicado, la representación de China en México especificó que las medidas que tomaron fueron por el caso del mexicano que llegó a Honk Kong portador del virus A H1N1 como manera de contener posibles contagios.
"Las personas que tuvieron contacto cercano con ese ciudadano mexicano, tanto en los medios de transporte público como en el hotel en que convivían son probablemente portadores del virus. Para atajar las rutas de contagio, el Gobierno central y los Gobiernos locales de China decidieron conservar a todas las personas bajo cuarentena de 7 días", refiere el comunicado.

- Colleges and Universities to restart on May 7th. after a deep cleaning procedures
- Primary schools to start next monday May 11th.
- New hygiene measures for all restaurants... somehow stupid for me like the shortest distance between tables to be no less than 7 feet... it will reduce the occupancy more than 80%
- Same as the last point applies for theaters, like each person has to seat in a distance of no less than 2 seats and 2 rows... again the occupancy will be less than 20%
- Subway deep cleaning procedures...
- etc...
Just to make a statment: We want our life back!
