Does the government has the right to do it 'to contain' an outbreak of the virus contradicting what the World Health Organization says in regard to closing the borders???
The Mexicans that arrived Shanghai, Beijing, Guanzhou and Hong Kong the last week were quarantined with the only reason of its origin... Is it a SIN to be Mexican???
